Blog contest

A couple of weeks ago I entered this blog Marco & Bella in a blog contest that a very popular Spanish newspaper called 20 minutos was holding. My intention was to enter my other blog about LaPlayaSanJuan in the category of best blog of your city , which I did, but when I saw there was a category for foreign language I figured well, heck why not..

I honestly thought maybe my Playa San Juan blog would get some votes but, today I happened to check out how the voting was going (which started on October 15th and ends on Novemeber 2nd ) and well, not one person has voted for my Playa San Juan blog, but somehow this blog has received 3 votes placing me in 9th place..

So, here is a big THANK YOU to the 3 people who voted, it has come as a big surprise since entering was not even my intention.  I know winning is not entirely an option at this point but being in the top 10 motivates me to keep on writing..

    I tried to vote, but you needed to register with 20 minutos (which I did) then it said you had to have a blog registered with them to vote. since I don’t I can’t vote for you. Sorry!

    thanks, yes it is only for people who have blogs, maybe its time you start your own blog..mom and dad already do.. :)
